Overall, a decent place. Was the best Hampton Inn breakfast I’ve ever had. The linens could use some updating as well as the bathroom towels. Beds were comfortable.
I came down for a business trip and stayed one night here. Check in was smooth and easy. The people at the front desk were super friendly. Got into my room and it was a little outdated, that’s okay though. Not a huge problem. Went to use the shower this morning and there was grime on the floor and walls along with some hair from the prior visitor. Not a big fan of that especially considering you’re trying to clean yourself in the shower. Other than the bathroom, everything was good. It could have been worse of course but I don’t expect that when I stay at Hilton related hotels.
Loved this Hampton Inn. We stayed from 2/10/26-2/14/26. We were supposed to stay at a VRBO on the Alamitos Peninsula the whole time in Long Beach. However after one disatourus night in the VRBO with no hot water the stove didnt work the Internet had very spotty service and TV didn't work. We packed up and made reservations from a restaurant for the Seal Beach Hampton Inn for the rest of the week. The staff was super friendly the whole time and made sure our stay was very pleasant. Plus it was nice to have a hot shower everyday.
Beautiful room, very clean,comfortable and secure. Loved the bathroom. You can actually open the window so far to allow fresh air in. Free parking and breakfast. Only downside was the coffee in the room my mom said it was terrible and I believe her, she is not that picky but she couldn't stand it. Staff was Great! Easy to locate and good food options surrounding the building. We ordered a delivery service and there was no issues I definitely will make future reservations here.
Sonia and Markus had great customer service very nice !! Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean maintenance is Definitely doing there job thank you !! We recommend. We will come back in the future.
Excellent property and location. I stay in the area for business a couple time a month. I'd been staying in Downey, but I stumbled across this location while looking for an alternative reservation. Easy access, clean and an excellent value. Parking is free and plentiful.
We stayed here in order to avoid staying in downtown LA, since we were traveling to the Getty Center the next day. It was an easy 35min drive on a Saturday to arrive at the Getty.
Stayed the weekend 11/21. Free breakfast was a big plus. Marcus at the front desk was exceptional. We had an issue with my dog barking in the room while we were at dinner. Marcus called us and handled the issue very pleasantly and professionally. He was calm and let us know that he'd call us if it got worse. It allowed us to finish dinner with peace of mind. Thank you Marcus.
